At Cafè 1618 we have two newly refurbished Double Bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms with sleep enhancing comfortable Double Beds. The rooms have flatscreen TV, Kettle and Tea & Coffee making facilities.We also have our Doll's House Cottage with its own separate access. This provides secluded and cosy accommodation in our beer garden and is directly opposite our Conservatory restaurant "Number 17". The Cottage, which is the original Number 18 Market Place is a very cosy self-contained 1-up-1-down accommodation with it's own bright red Rayburn.
It is a traditional Teesdale Lead Miners Cottage; and is talked of as the oldest dwelling House in Middleton-in-Teesdale.
Upstairs is a lovely double bedroom with exposed beams from the original roof structure and a newly refurbished ensuite shower room & WC.
The Cottage has its own separate access through the alleyway to our Beer Garden and provides a lovely, quiet and tranquil base for a short or longer stay in Teesdale.
